1. (a) “Contest Period" starts at 7:00 AM on Monday, June 3rd, 2013 up until 11:59pm on
July 4th, 2013, the “Contest Closing Date”.
All times indicated are Central Times. To enter you must be a member of the “All Access VIP Club”. To sign up as a member,

by fully completing the sign up information.

CITI FM, “92 CITI FM”. Forty (40) qualifiers (“Qualifier(s)”) will be selected at random by a Rogers Broadcasting
Limited (“Rogers”) representative, as represented by 92 CITI FM; (“CITI FM”), on July 5, 2013 from all entries received. Selected entrants will be notified they have been chosen

In order to be declared a contestant in the grand prize competition, all Qualifiers will be
required to register on-site at Olympic Building Centre at 1783 Dugald Road between 5
& 5:45 PM, Wednesday, July 10th, 2013 with 92 CITI FM staff. Contestants must have
abided by the rules and regulations of this contest. Failure to register on-site at Olympic
Building Centre by 5:45 PM on July 10th, 2013 will result in disqualification from the

disqualified and will not be admitted to the Event.
Between 5:45-6:00 PM on July 10th, 2013 a random draw by a Rogers Broadcasting Limited representative from all Qualifiers registered and in attendance at the Event will
be made and the last ten (10) ballots drawn will be selected as the qualifiers to take
place in the All Hands Endurance Challenge for the grand prize. Qualifiers will be invited to the Grand Finale Party Endurance Challenge on Wednesday,
July 10th, 2013 (date subject to change) at Olympic Building Centre at 1783 Dugald Road.
Competition takes place from 6 to 10 PM CST.
Upon registering, each contestant will receive a package containing the following:
one (1) copy of the official rules & regulations, one (1) completed ballot with full name,
one (1) copy outlining the evening’s events, one (1) participation waiver.
At 6 PM CST, each of the ten (10) selected Qualifiers will be required to find a spot on
the 8 x 8 deck and place their selected hand (one hand) on a spot and kneel. Qualifiers
hand cannot leave the deck at any time and cannot exchange one hand for the other.
If the hand leaves the deck at any time throughout the course of the endurance
competition, the Qualifier will be disqualified from the competition.
No bathroom breaks or alternate breaks will take place during the competition. No
leaning or sitting on the deck or ground will be accepted. Every half (½) an hour (6:30 PM, 7PM, 7:30PM, 8PM, 8:30PM, 9 PM and 9:30PM),
participants will be either enticed to disqualify themselves from the competition in
order to win a prize or will have an additional endurance challenge added to the
With each prize enticement, participants will have one (1) minute to decide to remove

disqualify themselves from the grand prize competition for the enticement prize, a random draw will be held from all those who choose to disqualify themselves from the

Contest will be the Contest server machine(s). 2. No purchase, expenditure or investment is necessary to enter this Contest. 3. Participants will be eligible to win one (1) custom composite deck valued at
approximately $15,000 from Olympic Building Centre.
This includes: Trex transcends composite deck, aluminum rails, treated sub frame,
ground screws. Delivery included, labour for the deck is supplied for all the deck and pile
settings, deck and rails have been estimated at 20’x16’ approx. 3 feet off the ground
with a 3’ wide stair and attached to the house on a ledger board. Labour only supplied if

Not included: no site prep like removal of old deck, permits or grade work and
landscaping. Grand prize is non-transferable.
Prize cannot be converted to cash. Winner is responsible for any and all charges above
and beyond what is offered in their grand prize including, but not limited to, expenses
associated with tear down of old deck, clean up of materials on-site, applicable taxes
etc. No responsibility is assumed by Rogers for any other factor beyond its reasonable control, or for a cancelled, delayed, or re-scheduled event for any reason whatsoever.
The Contest concludes when prize has been awarded or the Contest Closing Date,
whichever comes sooner. 4. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. Rogers reserves the right to substitute a
prize of at least equal or greater value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever
reason, of the advertised prize. 5. In order to win, selected entrants must first correctly answer, unaided, a time limited,
mathematical skill testing question, posed by telephone at a mutually convenient time.

provincial and municipal laws and regulations. 9. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrants. 10. Chances of winning the grand prize are 1 in ten or dependent on number of
qualifiers who register for the grand finale competition by 5:45 PM on July 10th, 2013.
The winners may come from any geographic area, so long as they otherwise qualify to
enter the Contest. 11. All entries which are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted
through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be
disqualified by Rogers. Rogers takes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, late or
destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors. 12. All entries become property of Rogers who assume no responsibility for lost, stolen,
delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for failure of the website during the Contest
Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines,
computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software,
failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any
combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other
person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in
the Contest. Rogers reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the
email portion of this Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable
control of Rogers corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation
of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be
