Irrtümliche Limitationen in der on-line Spezi alitätenliste (SL) seit 1.12.2008
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren Wir weisen Sie darauf hin, dass seit dem 1. Dezember 2008 bei den unten aufgelisteten Präparaten irrtümlich eine Limitation resp. eine zusätzliche Limitation aufgeführt war. Dies erfolgte beim Übertragen der Daten vom alten zum neuen S L-Programm per 1. Dezember 08, wobei nicht mehr aktuelle Limitationen reaktiviert wurden. Dieser Fehler wurde am 23. Februar 2009 behoben, für IMIGRAN, NARAMIG und ZOMIG schon am 5. Februar 09. Die betroffenen Präparate si nd: 17646 Actonel Tabletten 5/30 mg Alendron Mepha 70 Aranesp Injektionslösung 10/15/20/30/ 40/50760/80/100/150/300/500 mc g: Hier war eine zusätzliche Limitation aufgeführt. Die Renale Anämie und Symptomatische Anämie sind weiterhin korrekt. Arixtra Injektionslösung 2.500 mg Axotide 100/250/500 Disk Pulver Axotide 125/250/50 Dosieraerosol FCKWfrei Becodisk 200 Inhalator, Becodisk Forte 400 Inhalator Buspar Tabletten 10 mg Ciproxin Susp., Ciproxin Lacktabletten 250/500/750 mg Didronel Tabletten 200 mg Duphalac Sirup 200 ml: Es fällt weg: „Hepatische Encephalopathie“ Eprex Injektionslösung 4000 E./0.4 ml: Hier war eine zusätzliche Limitation.
