Procurement of Equipments for the Office of Secretary Irrigation
Department
The Government of Sindh has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) to implement the Sindh Water Sector Improvement Project Phase-I. These funds will be utilized for rehabilitation of the Main Canals, Branch Canals and Distributaries/ Minors and their structures, capacity development of institutions involved in implementation of the project. SIDA being a prime implementing agency of the project invites quotations for the Procurement of Office Equipments for office of the Secretary Irrigation Department from reputed Firms, Companies and Suppliers having previous experience of supplying IT / Office equipment may quote their competitive prices on or before 13th February, 2012. The received quotations shall be evaluated as per ‘shopping’ method procurement under World Bank’s Procurement Guideline. The acceptable terms & conditions of the lowest responsive quotation shall be incorporated in the purchase order. These office equipments are required within one week after issuance of Purchase Order. The quotations with complete details from the Companies /Firms along with authority letter of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) may be addressed to the Project Director WSIP-I and submitted to the address given bellow.
